Hi, I’m Rosa.

I help busy women rebuild their health, renew their mind, and create sustainable rhythms for faith, fitness, and wholeness.

When God called me to this work, I knew I needed to be equipped in understanding how the mind, body, nutrition, and biblical truth all work together. That journey led me to become a Certified Christian Life Coach and Faith Based Fitness Coach.

But this mission did not begin with certification.
It began with my own transformation.

I know what it feels like to keep showing up for everyone else while quietly feeling exhausted, disconnected, and stuck yourself.

I thought I needed more discipline, a better plan, or more willpower. But what I truly needed was to slow down, get to the root, and learn how to care for myself the way God designed me to.

That shift came through an encounter with the Lord.

Just like Galatians 2:20 says:
“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.”

That became the foundation of RT220:
Revive Transformation rooted in Christ.

Today, I help women create realistic rhythms for their faith, fitness, mindset, and wellness without guilt, shame, pressure, or extremes.

This is not about striving harder.
It is about alignment.
Renewal.
Stewardship.
And learning how to walk in wholeness with God.
